Captain Marvel and things you should know about her and her powers

Captain Marvel is one of the first unofficial Avengers ever after Captain America but she belongs to space is more along the lines of Thor like a good character.

Her power and speed are unmatched for and when she goes supernova, her eyes start glaring and that's her ultimate form, the form which is seen quite often, be it in the comics or the movie. Only for extreme cases as it does put a lot of strain on her body.

Her career was on earth as a pilot, testing out new and covert planes but after she got her powers in an accident, her life changed forever and she joined forces with the intergalactic than of justice, which was at that point of time before it fell apart later but that's for another article.

Without any spoilers for the movie, let's dive into the comics, though in the infinity storyline, she didn't have much role, the movie might retcon that. Her recently main role has been in Civil war 2, where it has been her vs Iron Man over a moral dilemma of whether seeing the future and stopping Villains from committing evil deeds is justifiable or not. For arresting and accusing someone who hasn't done something bad, but was supposed to.

Well here is the line to be drawn between team Captain Marvel and Iron Man with casualties on both sides making it only worse.

Captain Marvel is undoubtedly one of the strong Avengers who is at par, if not, even more, stronger than Thor with Storm breaker in her supernova form. Thanos might be strong but he is the son of an eternal and that is something for Phase 4 of Avengers movies.
