Hi, myself Oliya Biswas. Today I am here with the Senior Gold Director of Oriflame, Ms Supriya Kar from Barashat.

Ms Kar :  Hi to all of you and thanks for joining us. My name is Supriya Kar from Barashat. I joined this company 12 years back. I myself use Oriflame products and I love to recommend to others.


How many years have you been working with Oriflame?


Ms Kar : I am working with Oriflame for about 12 years.

Can u give brief details about your work with Oriflame !


Ms Kar : Oriflame is a good company to work with, it provides you with a healthy meal as well as every day each and every employee is ready to help always and the culture of the company is amazing. Oriflame takes care of their consultants as well as of their employees.

How is your work-experiences in Oriflame?


Ms Kar : Oriflame is a good place of working and I enjoyed my work experiences. I am glad to work and looking forward in other areas to show my skills. I am working here at Oriflame as assistant manager taking care of inbound, outbound and inventory management. I am also closely working with the logistics team and customer service as well.

In your opinion what secrets Oriflame company have behind the success?


Ms Kar : In my opinion, the secrets to success is having a positive attitude, the right priorities and an acute sense of responsibility.

Oriflame produces both cosmetics and food supplements...right ?


Ms Kar : Yes,

Which types of products have the highest selling rate in India? Cosmetics or food supplement?


Ms Kar : Cosmetics
Mostly day cream, night cream and facial kits.

How Oriflame products are different from other company products?


Ms Kar : Usually known for great quality, Oriflame products are addictive in a good way. However, this claim is very subjective and the perception changes from person to person.

Do Oriflame products have any side effects?


Ms Kar : No, I can proudly say that the products are naturally extracted, eco - friendly and superb in quality, one may argue since not everything suits everyone. So it's best to find the right product.

At this moment which is the highest selling product of Oriflame in India?


Ms Kar : One universal product, loved by people from all over the world of all ages is the legendary 'Tender Care' my personal favourite too. In my opinion, this is the highest selling product in India.

Do you have any idea about the research work of Oriflame products? Are they doing any research to make the products much better in quality?


Ms Kar : Yes there is always ongoing research to make our products better. It is the world's fastest-growing cosmetic and food supplements company who sell direct. Test and try, backed by a little research is the method to choose the right product for yourself.

At the moment is Oriflame launching any product ? Tell us a little bit about that product.


Ms Kar : The company is busy to produce more and more beauty products and food supplements. The new upcoming product is loving care edition of shampoo, body lotion and bathing bar which is suitable for all skin types as well as all ages.

In the next ten years, where do you want to see Oriflame in case of popularity?


Ms Kar : The people behind Oriflame are the reason for much of the company's success. But I am pleased to confirm that Oriflame cosmetics and food supplements reaffirm it supports and also to the company's success throughout the years.
